Junior Short Courses for ages 7 - 12
Junior Holiday Course
"Great for beginners, even kids who have never tried theatre"
Our camps are designed to be an introduction to life on stage for beginners.
Our programme provides a structured introduction to the performing arts for learners aged 7–12, focusing on acting, voice, movement and stagecraft. Students develop communication and public-speaking skills in English through guided instruction and supervised practice.
Across the week, learners rehearse and present a 20-minute ensemble performance using professional technical elements (lighting, sound, staging and costumes). Teaching follows clear learning objectives in teamwork, rehearsal discipline and performance technique.
The programme runs from 09:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, with small groups (max. 12 students per teacher) to ensure individual support. Each learner receives a speaking role with a minimum of six lines, ensuring equal participation.
Age-based groups ensure developmental appropriateness, and all materials, scripts and costumes are provided. Instruction is delivered by qualified, native-English-speaking professionals.
Supplementary creative activities support wellbeing and structured breaks. Parents may attend the final performance in person or access a secure online recording.
Overall, the programme strengthens confidence, communication skills and social development within a clearly structured educational setting.
